The Intalytics Difference

Intalytics was established in the fall of 2007 by three Predictive Analytics visionaries who desired to return to the basic business core values that served them well during their tenure as owners of Thompson Associates: to develop innovative custom Predictive Analytics solutions; to function as their customers' trusted real estate advisors; and to provide great customer service. Despite its status as a new company, Intalytics can hardly be considered a fledgling start-up. Many of the customers served by the company's founders have remained loyal and are today part of the Intalytics family. Three key factors distinguish Intalytics from other Predictive Analytics firms; its management team, its methodological innovation, and its business philosophy.

Management Team

Each member of the Intalytics senior management team (Dave Huntoon, Bob Buckner and Bob Kennedy) individually has more than 30 years experience in the Predictive Analytics field. We believe this longevity is incredibly significant as it is the best measure of competency in our discipline. In the thirty years this team has worked together, the industry has exposed numerous charlatans, but we continue to enjoy and benefit from the long standing and trusted relationships we have developed with our clients. We strongly believe these relationships speak to the value and benefit we bring to our customers.

Innovation

Our senior management team founded the contemporary Predictive Analytics discipline. Most of the methodological innovations widely used today throughout our industry can be directly linked back to us. These innovations have accrued to the benefit of our clients long before anyone else adopted them. Jonathan Wilson, who leads our statistical and modeling function, will help ensure that Intalytics continues as the industry innovator. We place a high priority on innovation and are always employing new techniques to better serve our customers and advance our discipline.

Business Philosophy

Philosophically, our business focus is serving our customers' unique needs and issues. Our approach to problem solving is custom; we are not believers of shrink wrapped or black box solutions. Further, staying small from a client and revenue perspective is just fine with us; in doing so, we knowingly limit the dilution of our attention to our customers.
