Jonathan V. Wilson

Jonathan is a Principal at Intalytics and is responsible for overseeing its statistical-based modeling. He has been conducting and overseeing model development for the past 7 years beginning with Thompson Associates in 2001. He remained with the company after its acquisition by MapInfo in 2003 and, prior to his joining Intalytics, managed MapInfo's Toronto-based modeling group for 3 years.

Throughout his career, Jonathan developed or directed the development of sales forecasting models for a variety of retail, restaurant, education, public sector, financial, and service clients. Specifically, his models have been placed at some of the nation's largest home improvement, family apparel, office superstore, and department store chains, as well as major casual dining chains, and banks. Further, he has been responsible for planning and implementing numerous, major improvements and innovations to the sales forecasting model development process including Supportable Stores Analysis and Market Screening.

During the past several years, Jonathan has been instrumental as both as a sales engineer on new client procurement, as well as the direct client liaison. His education includes a Masters Degree in Spatial Modeling from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
